There is some set up required for devices like light guns but we always provide easy to follow instructions and remote help if necessary.

For others like our pinball system, information is provided on the product page about any required set up.

We accept all major credit cards, cash or PayPal for all of our products. We also accept Venmo, Cash App and Zelle.

We offer free lifetime support on all of our products however please be advised that said support can be denied at our discretion if requests for support are excessive.

Yes, we release FREE updates through downloadable update packs that are posted to our private “customers only” Facebook group. All updates include easy to follow installation instructions but we can also install them for you remotely as a paid “white glove” service if you don’t want to do it on your own.

Yes, we highly encourage you to subscribe to our YouTube channel as we post many helpful videos on there and we also highly encourage customers to join our private “customers only” Facebook group as we post downloadable update packs on there and also offer support. We have a great community of gamers that can help with issues or whom you can discuss anything gaming related with.

You will receive a 90 day warranty for the “shell” of the PC. The hard drive and video card will come with the full manufacturers warranty. If you have any issues beyond these time periods, feel free to contact us and we will do our best to help you.

We usually ship all orders in 1-3 days via UPS ground. Custom orders will take longer and typically ship in 1-2 weeks.

We ship to Canada regularly and we ship to other countries occasionally. Please contact us before placing an order if you are an international customer so that we can discuss shipping prices and options.

Budget 2TB System – choose this system if you’re mostly interested in MAME arcade games and classic consoles and are on a tight budget.

2TB System – same as above but choose this system if you have extra room in your budget as it will include a discrete video card which will boost performance in more demanding emulators. This system will give you a better virtual pinball experience.

Both 2TB systems will play newer games as well but are more focused on a retro experience.

8TB System – this system includes newer consoles like Playstation 3 and newer PC games and is equipped with more powerful hardware to better handle these games. It is a good all around system for both old and new games.

20TB System – this is our largest system currently. It expands on the 8TB by including a larger library for systems like Playstation 2 and includes content that is exclusive to this system like PS Vita, Namco System 357, Clone Hero, game imports for several systems, larger PC games library and more. This system will also be expandable to our future 40TB system.

Custom Build – this is the same as the 20TB system but with upgraded much more powerful hardware that will better handle power hungry emulation like Playstation 3 and will also be able to handle some of the latest PC games. This is also the most future proof option.

Yes! We recommend taking a look at Pixelcade.org for the easiest way to add and LCD or LED active marquee. We work closely with them to maximize compatibility between their products and ours.

To exit out to Windows from Hyperspin, use the Toolkit “Exit To Windows” option. If you’re unable to use the Toolkit because there is something wrong with your system, use the manual method. Both options are demonstrated in the video below.
